In our monthly in-person groups practicing the Discipline of Authentic Movement, we create an embodied contemplative practice of listening inwardly, moving from authentic impulses, witnessing, journaling and speaking from direct experience with those in our community. 

For those familiar with IFS, this practice beautifully complements Self-to-part connection and embodied healing while remaining open to anyone drawn to this work.

At this time, participants may choose whichever monthly gatherings they wish to attend. My hope is that, over time, a small committed circle will emerge for those who feel called to deepen their practice together.

• Open to anyone who wishes to practice the Discipline of Authentic Movement. An introductory call with me or my assistant, Michael Kocher, MSW, LCSW, is required beforehand.

• Location: My office in Evanston, 747 Custer Ave., Suite B, Evanston, IL 60202

• Commitment: You can register for as many sessions as you are able to attend. 

• Group maximum: 6 people

• Series cost: $100 per session/$500 for the entire series. Payment can be made through Zelle at soozcahill@gmail.com.

All circles will take place from 9:30 am–12:30 pm CT at my office on the following dates:
