A woman following self-led movement according to the Discipline of Authentic Movement

Susan Cahill, LCPC, BC-DMT

Enhance healing by reconnecting with the body

Body-centered practice to aid therapists, healers, and individuals in developing an integrated sense of well-being in mind, body and spirit for themselves and their clients.

My approach weaves together the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model and the Discipline of Authentic Movement, creating space for expression, healing and presence through movement, words and compassionate witnessing.
